Jagger attributes his success to astutely listening to his client's needs and finding the right product to fit that need, never trying to sell the client unnecessary products.
Mack Salesky
Streets at South Point - Durham, NC Mack has been with Ticknors since 2014. The client experience, according to Mack, happens when a long-term bond is made and he’s helped the client move out of their comfort zone. They end up receiving a ton of compliments, therefore, Mack knows they’ve attained their collective style goals. He earns repeat business because of his active knowledge of every situation. Mack knows how to dress his clients for anything from the boardroom to their wedding day.
Ben Salesky
Streets at South Point - Durham, NC Since joining Ticknors in February 2023, Ben has quickly become an invaluable member of the team, seamlessly mastering the small details that make the Ticknors experience exceptional. With his brother Mack managing the store, Ben is able to focus on what he does best—making every client feel confident and comfortable, especially when they step out of their comfort zones and embrace new styles. Together, they bring a unique dynamic to the business, ensuring that each client receives personalized service and attention.
Hunter Stephens
Streets at South Point - Durham, NC After completing a degree in Chemistry at NC State, Hunter quickly realized that lab work wasn’t his true calling—he wanted to connect with people. In 2017, he joined Ticknors at our Crabtree location, and in 2023, he selflessly made the move to Durham, further strengthening our team. Hunter takes great pride in helping gentlemen elevate their wardrobes, whether it's with a bold, dramatic update in one fell swoop or a more gradual, thoughtful transformation over time. Now, as an indispensable part of the team, his passion for service and style shines through in everything he does.
Justin Perry
Streets at South Point - Durham, NC Fresh from selling a company he founded in 2002, Justin embraced a new challenge by accepting a role with Ticknors in March 2024. With a proven track record of entrepreneurial success, he has hit the ground running, quickly mastering the ins and outs of the clothing industry. Known for his tireless work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and approachable, laid-back attitude, Justin is already making a positive impact and earning the trust of his new colleagues.
